Tapa a Tapa Sitges 2026 Winners: Awards and Results

Every edition of the Tapa a Tapa Sitges ends with an award ceremony: two separate juries — technical and public — choose the winning tapas from among the 40 participants. The results give the winning restaurants weeks of extra visibility and a stamp of quality that carries real weight.

Spring 2026 edition (April 24 – May 10)

The Tapa a Tapa Sitges spring 2026 brought together 40 restaurants with 40 unique tapas at a fixed price of €4.00. Voting and jury deliberations have concluded.

Spring 2026 winners will be announced soon by the Gremi d'Hostaleria de Sitges and the Ajuntament.

Autumn 2025 edition: confirmed winners

The autumn 2025 Tapa a Tapa Sitges edition has its official winners. Data from the Gremi d'Hostaleria de Sitges (gremihs.com).

Casa Hidalgo achieved a historic double: winning both the technical jury and the public vote with the same tapa — Xiuxiueig de porquet, an Iberian pork bite that convinced on both fronts.

How the awards work

The Tapa a Tapa Sitges uses two independent scoring systems:

Technical jury

A panel of food experts evaluates each tapa on three criteria:

• Presentation: plating, aesthetics, visual coherence
• Technique: cooking method, textures, execution
• Concept: originality, narrative, connection to the territory

Public vote

Festival visitors vote freely for their favourite tapa. No registration required. A tapa with huge crowd appeal can win even if the technical jury ranked it lower — and that tension is part of what makes the Tapa a Tapa interesting to follow.
