Right on the Passeig Marítim, central and lively. Historically the most gay-friendly beach in Sitges.

Naturist cove with a gay scene, remote and reachable only on foot. No facilities: peace and quiet, and nudism.
Platja de Terramar
In the western residential district. Quieter and more family-friendly, less crowded than the centre.
Platja de les Anquines
Small cove beside the Aiguadolç marina. Sheltered and peaceful, far from the bustle.
Platja de l'Estanyol
Family-friendly and peaceful, in the Terramar area. Calm waters, ideal for a day out with children.

How many beaches does Sitges have?
Sitges has around 17 beaches and coves along 22 km of coastline. The most popular are Platja de la Ribera (in front of the town centre), Platja dels Balmins (nudist) and Platja de les Coves Blanques.
Are there nudist beaches in Sitges?
Yes. The best-known nudist beach is Platja dels Balmins, near the cemetery. Also Platja de les Coves Blanques and the area between Aiguadolç and the port. Sitges is one of the most tolerant destinations on the Costa Dorada.
When is the best time to visit Sitges beaches?
June to September for swimming. But Sitges has over 300 sunny days a year, so the promenade and sea-front terraces are pleasant from March to November.
How to get to Sitges beaches from Barcelona?
By Rodalies R2 Sud train from Barcelona Sants (40 min, every 20-30 min, ~4€). By car via the C-32 (35 min). In summer parking is limited — the train is a better option.
