A signature sandwich on tomato sandwich bread, filled with shredded duck, foie gras, and pear. It combines the juicy, tender meat of the confit duck with the fatty richness of the foie gras and the sweet, fresh counterpoint of the pear, in a bite of clearly indulgent profile. It's made by the students of the Institut Joan Ramon Benaprès, with a single service session during the event.
Institut Joan Ramon Benaprès takes part in the Sitges Tapas Route 2026 (24 abril – 10 mayo 2026) with its tapa «Bensandvitx d'ànec» at the official price of 4.00€ including a beer from Estrella Damm. Located at Cap de la Vila, Sitges. Opening hours during the route: Solo jueves 16 abril, 18:30–20h.
