Christmas in Sitges: market, events & guide 2026
Christmas in Sitges: Winter Market (13-21 Dec), Three Kings by sea (5 Jan) and Parque de Navidad. Complete guide to events, weather and where to stay.
Sitges at Christmas is a very different experience from summer: the town regains its human scale, the streets of the old town glow with warm lights and a festive calendar full of Catalan traditions makes December and January a perfect excuse to escape the city.
What is Christmas like in Sitges
Sitges celebrates the Christmas season with its own programme blending Catalan traditions (the Tió log, Els Pastorets, the Three Kings arriving by sea) with more contemporary events like the artisan Winter Market. The mild winter climate — 15°C during the day, mostly clear skies — allows strolling along the Passeig de la Ribera without crowds, enjoying the town in its most local and authentic version.
